Hi and today I studied on Toi moko for an hour and this is all the information that I got in time. The hardest part was probably getting information because there wasn't to  much about it and we had a short time limit and the easiest part was writing it all down in the correct way.

How to play League

 League was first played in England in 1895.

Equipment

League ball

• team shirts
• League boots
• 100 meter field 
• 2 goal post
• the sun optional
• drink bottles optional

Time/people

A proper League game needs 30 people 15 for one team and 15 for the other 13 play and 2 sub for both teams. A game takes 80 minutes after 40 minutes you get a quick break then back into it.

Rules

• no head high tackles 
• only pass the ball backwards as many times you want until tackeld 
• you can not run out of the white line at the back,front,left and right 
• if your team has run 6 times you give the ball to the other team
• cant be offside and touch other team player with ball
• cant hit or use abusive language
• when tackeld you roll the ball with your foot to your teammate behind you
• you cant trip or kick ball when player is attempting to pick it up 
• scrums,penalty kicks and kick to touch are used after a penalty

How to play when you are defending you have to defend and tackle the other team trying to reach what your defending for 6 runs unless of a penalty and then you attack after there runs are up.

League postions 1 full back,2  wing,3 centre,4 centre, 5 wing,6 stand off,7 scrum half,8 prop forward,9 hoocker,10 prop forward,11 second row,12 second row,13loose forward
